We accept returns of unused candles within 30 days of purchase. To be eligible for a return, your candle must be in its original condition, unburned, with all packaging intact. Custom or personalized candles cannot be returned unless defective.

We'll provide a return authorization number and shipping instructions within 24 hours.
Pack your candles securely in original packaging. Include your order number inside the package.
Ship the package to the address provided. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
Note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the candle is defective or we made an error in your order.
Once we receive and inspect your returned candles, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable unless we made an error or the candle was defective.
Depending on your financial institution, it may take an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
We gladly accept exchanges for different candle scents or sizes. To exchange a candle, follow the return process and indicate your desired replacement in your communication with us. We'll ship your new candle as soon as we receive your return. If there's a price difference, we'll either refund or charge the difference accordingly.

If you received a candle as a gift, you may return it for store credit or exchange it for a different scent. A gift receipt or order number from the purchaser is required. We cannot provide cash refunds for gifts without proof of original payment method.
International customers are responsible for all return shipping costs and any applicable customs fees. We recommend contacting us before initiating an international return to discuss the most cost-effective solution. In some cases, we may offer partial refunds to offset high return shipping costs.
