At Giftsgiftsai, we take pride in crafting premium aroma candles with natural ingredients. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we want you to love every candle you receive.

1. Return Window

We accept returns of unused candles within 30 days of purchase. To be eligible for a return, your candle must be in its original condition, unburned, with all packaging intact. Custom or personalized candles cannot be returned unless defective.

2. Eligible Items for Return

The following candle products are eligible for return:

  • Unused candles in original packaging with seals intact
  • Candles received as gifts with gift receipt
  • Defective or damaged candles (any condition, any timeframe)
  • Incorrect items received in your order

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Used or burned candles (unless defective)
  • Candles with broken seals or removed packaging
  • Custom-blended or personalized candles
  • Sale or clearance items marked as final sale
  • Candles purchased more than 30 days ago (unless defective)

4. How to Return Your Candles

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

Receive Authorization

We'll provide a return authorization number and shipping instructions within 24 hours.

Pack Securely

Pack your candles securely in original packaging. Include your order number inside the package.

Ship Back

Ship the package to the address provided. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.

Note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the candle is defective or we made an error in your order.

5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned candles, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable unless we made an error or the candle was defective.

Depending on your financial institution, it may take an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

6. Exchanges

We gladly accept exchanges for different candle scents or sizes. To exchange a candle, follow the return process and indicate your desired replacement in your communication with us. We'll ship your new candle as soon as we receive your return. If there's a price difference, we'll either refund or charge the difference accordingly.

7. Defective or Damaged Candles

If your candle arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, please contact us immediately. We stand behind the quality of our products and will:

  • Replace the defective candle at no cost to you
  • Provide a full refund including original shipping costs
  • Cover all return shipping expenses
  • Expedite the replacement shipment

Please include photos of the damaged or defective candle when contacting us to expedite the resolution process.

8. Order Cancellations

9. Gift Returns

If you received a candle as a gift, you may return it for store credit or exchange it for a different scent. A gift receipt or order number from the purchaser is required. We cannot provide cash refunds for gifts without proof of original payment method.

10. International Returns

International customers are responsible for all return shipping costs and any applicable customs fees. We recommend contacting us before initiating an international return to discuss the most cost-effective solution. In some cases, we may offer partial refunds to offset high return shipping costs.
